Last week I was asked to present Summary for a Chapter from the book Mindset by Dr Carol Dweck in a book club within our organisation. I felt elated to present it since I had read Mindset back in 2022. My name on the presentation list made me feel proud. So to present a Summary, I did what I do best – Create a SketchNote. The book talks about two mindsets, Fixed and Growth Mindset and how it plays out different areas like Sports, Business, Relationship and Parenting. I decided to focus on Business side and few key takeaways. Happy to share that it was well received.
