How do you complete an overwhelming task? Break it down to small manageable chunks and have a go at it every single day. A good example is the #MayISketch Challenge in our SketchNote group. If the ask would have been to create a SketchNote on Mental Health, most would have dropped off. But through daily prompts we enabled community members to keep adding to their work. When done consistently, it helps to create a full fledge SketchNote by the end of the week. I am happy to say this is the 2nd year we are practicing it and the response has been even better this year. It is amazing to look at other member’s take on the same prompt.

This week we are creating SketchNote on Physical Health and we are already on Day 3. I will share in the coming week.
