
In 2nd week of #MayISketch Challenge we worked on creating SketchNote on Physical Health. The daily prompts provided were focussed on building good habits. While working on these, it provided a gentle reminder to myself to focus on few them, specifically Posture and Breathing Meditation. So we adapt while learning and share with others too. That’s a win!
