Everyone around us wants to start reading more books. But the most complaint that we hear is “I just don’t have the time”. Recently Alex and Books shared tips from Ryan Holiday about Replacing Screen Time with Book Time. The fact that resonated with me the most is that with simple adjustments you can actually go from zero hours to upto seven plus hours per week of reading time. I had to SketchNote it and so I did. These are simple reminders on how to boost your reading time.
For the record, you don’t need to follow all of them right from start. Making a gradual shift can help too. For me, I do start reading while drinking my morning tea.
