
If I had to pinpoint what’s improved my mental health, thinking, and calmness, it’s definitely these two habits: reading and writing. I’ve been journaling every single day since 2012, no exceptions. And I started reading daily in 2021. Sometimes it’s just five minutes, sometimes it’s hours, but I make sure to do it every day. It’s a practice I really recommend.
